Sun

Meaning

Success, energy, and things going well. The Sun is the deck's strongest positive card — vitality, achievement, warmth, and clarity of a confident rather than directional kind. Where the Star orients, the Sun powers.

It also carries visibility in the plain sense: things brought into the light and seen clearly.

The tone is bright and strong, and it lifts nearly everything around it. Its one caution is intensity — a Sun can be too much of a good thing, and beside cards of excess it is worth noticing.

Beside other cards

Usually the modifier, brightening and energising its neighbour. Sun + Ring is a successful agreement. Sun + Clouds is confusion burning off. Beside difficult cards it genuinely improves them, more than most cards in the deck can.
